Cancellation and amendment
policy
To ensure everything runs smoothly on the day of the event, these are the prepayment, cancellation and amendment terms for group bookings.
Deadlines
/ Minimum notice
Bookings cannot be made less than 72 hours before the event date.
/ Up to 30 guests
The €10 per person prepayment and dish selection must be completed no later than 72 hours before the event.
/ 31 guests or more
The €10 per person prepayment and dish selection must be completed no later than 7 days before the event.
Amendments
/ Same deadlines
Amendments are subject to the same deadlines as cancellations.
/ After prepayment
Once the prepayment has been made and the dish selection completed, the booking cannot be amended directly. Changes may only be requested in writing through the Customer Portal and are subject to approval.
Cancellation and prepayment
/ If not completed on time
If the prepayment or dish selection is not completed within the specified deadline, the booking may be cancelled.
/ Refund
Once the applicable deadline has passed, the €10 per person prepayment is non-refundable.
Last-minute bookings
/ 5 hours from confirmation
Bookings made just within the deadline have a maximum of 5 hours from confirmation to complete the prepayment and dish selection.
