Legal information and acceptance
In this space, users can find all information relating to the legal terms and conditions that define the relationship between users and BEGIN RESTAURANTES, S.L. as the party responsible for this Internet portal and for its social media accounts (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Portal," "Website," or "Site"). As a user, it is important that you are familiar with these terms before continuing to browse.
The details set out here relate to BEGIN RESTAURANTES, S.L., the entity responsible for the Website, in compliance with the disclosure obligation established in Article 10 of Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (hereinafter "LSSICE"). Specifically, these are as follows:

The provisions of this text apply both to this Internet Portal and to the social media accounts owned by the Company.
Using the Portal gives the user the status of Portal user (hereinafter individually referred to as "User" and collectively as "Users") and implies acceptance of all conditions included in this document (hereinafter "Legal Notice") as currently in force at this address, as well as the privacy policy (hereinafter "Privacy Policy") and the cookies policy (hereinafter "Cookies Policy").
Access to the Portal is free of charge, except for the cost of the connection via the telecommunications network provided by the access provider contracted by the Users.
The provision of the Portal service is limited in duration to the time during which the User is connected to the Portal or any of the services made available through it. Therefore, the User should carefully read this Legal Notice and the Privacy Policy on each occasion they intend to use the Portal, as the conditions set out in the Legal Notice and the Privacy Policy may be subject to change.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
The Company, as the party responsible for the Portal, undertakes to process Users' information with full guarantees and to comply with national and European requirements governing the processing and use of Users' personal data.
In general, the relationship between the Company and its Users is subject to Spanish legislation and jurisdiction.
Both parties expressly waive any jurisdiction that may apply to them and expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Valencia to resolve any dispute that may arise in the interpretation or execution of these contractual conditions, including this Legal Notice, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookies Policy and, in general, from use of the Portal or any services provided by the Company.
Intellectual and industrial property
beginrestaurante.com is the Company's Portal, through which various information services are provided to visitors. By visiting and using the Portal, you accept that the Company reserves the right to modify or suspend available pages or the website, or to temporarily or permanently delete the data it has provided, at any time, without prior notice and without any liability to Users.
The intellectual property rights in the Portal's content — including, by way of example, texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, software technology, links, and other audiovisual or audio content, its graphic design and code (hereinafter "Content") — belong to the Company, and reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other activity using Portal content is therefore prohibited, even where sources are cited, unless prior express written consent has been obtained from the Company. All trade names, trademarks or other distinctive signs contained on the Company's website pages are the property of their respective owners and are protected by law. No exploitation rights recognised under current intellectual property legislation are considered to be assigned to the User in any event, except those strictly necessary for use of the Portal.
The Company does not grant any licence or authorisation of any kind over its intellectual or industrial property rights, or over any other property or right related to the Portal, and in no event shall users' access and browsing be understood to imply any waiver, transfer, licence or total or partial assignment of such rights by the Company.
Any use of such content not previously authorised by the Company shall be considered a serious breach of intellectual or industrial property rights and shall give rise to the legally established liabilities. The Company reserves the right to take such judicial and extrajudicial action against the User as may be appropriate.
Portal conditions of use
User acceptance
This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the Portal made available by the Company to Users.
The User acknowledges and accepts that access to this Portal does not in any way constitute the commencement of a commercial relationship with the Company.
Portal access
Access to the Portal by Users is free and open. Some services may be subject to prior contracting.
Where the User is required to provide personal data to access any of the services, the collection and processing of such data shall be carried out in accordance with current regulations, specifically Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights (hereinafter "LOPD"), and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter "GDPR"). Content and use
Users' visits to the Portal must be carried out responsibly and in accordance with current legislation, good faith, this Legal Notice, the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy, respecting the intellectual and industrial property rights belonging to the Company or to any other natural or legal person.
Use of the Portal for purposes that are harmful to the Company's or third parties' assets or interests, or that in any other way overload, damage or render inoperable the Company's or third parties' networks, servers and other hardware or software, is expressly prohibited. The User shall be liable to the Company or third parties for any damages caused as a result of breach of this obligation.
By way of example and without limitation, the User, in accordance with current legislation, shall refrain from:
- Reproducing, copying, distributing, making available, communicating publicly, transforming or modifying Content, except in cases authorised by law or expressly consented to by the Company or by the holder of the relevant exploitation rights.
- Reproducing or copying for private use Content that may be considered Software or a Database under current intellectual property legislation, and from making it publicly available or accessible to third parties where such acts necessarily involve reproduction by the User or a third party.
- Extracting and/or reusing all or a substantial part of the Content forming part of the Portal, as well as the databases made available to Users by the Company.
Use of any Portal content for purposes that are or could be unlawful is entirely prohibited, as is any action that causes or may cause damage or alterations of any kind not consented to by the Company, to the Website, its Content or to third parties.
The Company, as the Portal's owner, does not identify with Users' opinions expressed therein. The Company reserves the right to make changes to the Portal at any time without prior notice, including changes to, removal of or additions to Content and services, as well as the way in which they are presented or located on its servers.
Introducing links to the Portal
The presence of links to other Internet sites on the Portal is for informational purposes only and does not in any way constitute a suggestion, invitation or recommendation regarding those sites.
In the event that other websites establish links to the Company's Portal, this shall not be understood as the Company having authorised the link or the content of the website containing the link. The link page must not include inappropriate, defamatory, illegal, obscene or unlawful content, or any other content contrary to current legislation.
If a User wishes to introduce links from their own websites to the Portal, they must comply with the conditions set out below, and ignorance of these conditions shall not exempt them from the liabilities arising from the Law.
The link shall only connect to the Portal's home page and must not reproduce it in any form (inline links, copies of texts, graphics, etc.). In any event, in accordance with applicable legislation, the establishment of frames or any type of frames that enclose the Portal or allow its content to be viewed through Internet addresses other than the Portal's own is prohibited.
No false, inaccurate or incorrect statements about the Company, its employees or the quality of its services shall be made from the page containing the link.
Under no circumstances shall it be stated on the page containing the link that the Company has given its consent to the insertion of the link, or that it in any other way sponsors, collaborates with, verifies or supervises the sender's services.
The use of any word, graphic or combined trademark or any other distinctive sign of the Company on the sender's page is prohibited, except in cases permitted by law or expressly authorised by the Company.
If a User considers that a page facilitates a link to the Portal with unlawful or inappropriate content, they may notify the Company, whereupon the Company will carry out appropriate investigations.
In no event shall the existence of a link to the Portal presuppose the existence of any agreement with those responsible for or the owners of the page that provides the link, nor any recommendation, promotion or identification of the Company with the statements, content or services provided. The Company is not familiar with the content and services of such pages and is therefore not liable for damages caused by their illegality, quality, outdatedness, unavailability, errors or uselessness.
The Company reserves the right to contact the owner of the website where the link is established if it considers that the regulations are being breached, as well as to take appropriate judicial and extrajudicial action.
Liability and warranties
The User acknowledges their exclusive responsibility for their use of the Portal in accordance with this Legal Notice, the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy, and exempts the Company from liability of any kind.
The Company declares that it has adopted the necessary measures that, within its capabilities and the state of the technology, allow the Portal to function correctly and to be free of viruses and harmful components. By way of example and without limitation, the Company cannot be held responsible for:
- The continuity and availability of Content.
- The absence of errors in said Content or the correction of any defects that may occur.
- The absence of viruses or other harmful components.
- Damage caused to the hardware of Users or third parties during the provision of the Portal service.
- Damage or losses caused by any person who breaches the Company's security systems.
- The use that Users make of the Content.
- Use of the Portal by minors or the submission of their personal data without their guardians' consent, the guardians being responsible for their Internet use.
- Content that the User may access through unauthorised links or links introduced by Users via comments or similar tools.
- The submission of erroneous data by the User or a third party.
- Damage or losses of any kind suffered by the User resulting from failures or disconnections in telecommunications networks that cause the Portal service to be suspended, miscalculated or interrupted.
- The Company is not responsible for the legality, truthfulness, reliability, accuracy or merchantability of the Content, except to the extent that such representations and warranties cannot be excluded by law.
- Access to networks requires services and supplies from third parties, including transport via telecommunications networks, whose reliability, quality, continuity and operation are not the responsibility of the Company. The Company may temporarily or permanently suspend access to the Portal without prior notice for maintenance, repair, updating or improvement purposes.
Furthermore, in accordance with Articles 11 and 16 of the LSSICE, the Company undertakes to remove or, where applicable, block content that could affect or be contrary to current legislation, third-party rights or public morality and public order.
User responsibility
The User acknowledges their exclusive responsibility for their use of the Portal in accordance with this Legal Notice, the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy, exempting the Company from liability of any kind, from claims or demands, including legal representation fees even if not mandatory, that may be brought by a third party as a result of or in connection with their conduct or their connection to this Website, the Content it provides, their breach of this Legal Notice, the Privacy Policy, the Cookies Policy or any other violation of the rights of another person or party.
General limitation of liability
The User expressly understands and accepts that the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, extraordinary or incidental damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses, arising from:
- The use or inability to use the Portal.
- The cost of obtaining replacement goods as a result of any transaction carried out on or through the Portal.
- Unauthorised access to or alteration of data transmissions.
- The unauthorised transfer or transmission by the Company of personal data carried out by the User or any third party.
- Any other circumstances.
Furthermore, it is expressly noted that the Company offers no warranties, implied or express, regarding uninterrupted Portal access, absence of errors, absence of viruses, timeliness, security, accuracy or reliability.
Duration and termination
The provision of the Website service and other services is in principle of indefinite duration. However, the Company may terminate or suspend any of the Portal's services. Where possible, the Company will announce the termination or suspension of the relevant service.
Representations and warranties
In general, the Content and services offered on the Portal are purely informational in nature. Accordingly, in providing them, the Company gives no warranty or representation in relation to the Content and services offered on the Portal, including, by way of example, warranties of legality, reliability, utility, truthfulness, accuracy or merchantability, except to the extent that such representations and warranties cannot be excluded by law.
Force majeure
The Company shall not be liable in any event for failure to provide service where this is due to prolonged power outages, telecommunications line failures, social conflicts, strikes, rebellion, explosions, floods, acts or omissions of the Government, or any other event of force majeure or act of God.
