2. Personal data processed
The personal data we process in connection with a job application are those normally required for recruitment, such as identification and contact details, academic and professional history, any information that the candidate voluntarily chooses to share with our entity, and any other data collected during interviews related to the selection and hiring process.
3. Purpose of personal data processing
Personal data provided by job applicants will be processed solely to assess their application, contact them about potential interviews and the selection process, inform them of vacancies within our organisation where they have authorised us to do so, and potentially enter into an employment relationship. Communications will be sent using the contact details provided in the job application, such as telephone or email.
Your data may also be used to request references concerning your professional background from companies that you tell us you have worked for.
Where appropriate, or where you believe you should inform us of a disability, intolerance, allergy or other health information related to the position sought, such data will be processed in accordance with Article 15 of Spanish Law 31/1995 on Occupational Risk Prevention, as we need this information to adapt the workplace to the needs of the employee, and with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2013 of 29 November approving the revised General Law on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and their Social Inclusion. Any other data that are unnecessary for the purpose of the application will be destroyed confidentially.
4. Legal basis
Our entity processes your personal data on the basis of your express, freely given, informed and unambiguous consent. This policy provides the relevant information and, after reading and accepting it, you may voluntarily authorise us to process your data by selecting the boxes provided for that purpose on our forms.
You may change your mind and withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at our postal or email address.
We will not process the personal data of users under 16 years of age, as this is the minimum working age in Spain. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data they submit.
5. Security measures
We guarantee the proper use of information and the confidentiality of the personal data contained in your job application. We apply all necessary security measures to protect their integrity, confidentiality and availability and to comply with our obligations concerning personal data protection.
6. Data disclosure
Our entity informs you that your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties without your prior consent. Where disclosure is necessary, we will request your consent through the boxes provided on the job application forms and provide the information required for that consent to be informed and freely given.
For certain applications, our entity may work with companies in our group or providers specialising in recruitment processes. They will be considered processors, and we will enter into the corresponding confidentiality agreement with them, including a commitment to implement all security measures necessary to protect your data.
7. Retention of your data
Personal data provided as a job applicant will be retained until a position has been filled or for a maximum of one year, unless you have expressly authorised us to include you in our candidate pool. In that case, the data will be retained for as long as necessary to consider your application for potential vacancies and contact you about them.
8. Candidate rights
We will retain your data as a job applicant as described above or until you exercise your right to erasure. You have the right to access your personal data, rectify inaccurate data, object to or restrict the processing of your personal data at any time, request their portability and withdraw your consent.
