2. Social media presence

In accordance with Articles 13 to 24.2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the data controller informs users that it has created profiles on the following social media platforms:

The main purpose of these profiles is to advertise our services and communicate with other users.

If you have a profile on the same social media platform as our entity, you may freely follow or join the page we have created and thereby show an interest in the information we publish on that platform.
By doing so, you allow us to view certain personal data that you have made publicly available on your profile.

Only if you follow or join our pages on the social media platforms listed above will our entity process your profile data, solely within the relevant platform. We will never process those data outside that platform without your prior consent.
As a user, you may access the privacy policies of each social media platform at any time and configure your profile to protect any data you do not wish to make public. You may also stop following us whenever you wish.

3. Posts

Once you have joined or followed our page, you may, if you wish, post comments, links, images, photographs or any other multimedia content supported by the social media platform. In every case, you must own that content, hold the corresponding copyright and intellectual property rights, or have the consent of the affected third parties.
Posts involving minors or content that harms or may harm honour, morality, ethics, good taste or decency, infringes intellectual or industrial property rights or image rights, or otherwise violates the law are expressly prohibited, whether they consist of text, graphics, photographs, videos or any other material. In such cases, our entity reserves the right to remove the content immediately and may request the permanent blocking of the user.
Our entity is not responsible for content freely posted by users. Users must bear in mind that their posts will be visible to other users and are solely responsible for their posts and privacy.

4. Advertising

Our entity may use social media platforms for advertising, always in compliance with applicable data protection legislation and the LSSI-CE.
Recommending our pages to other users so that they can benefit from promotions or learn about our events or activities will not be considered advertising.

5. Competitions and promotions

Our entity reserves the right to organise competitions and promotions in which users who follow or have joined our page may participate. Where a social media platform is used for this purpose, the terms and conditions of each competition or promotion will be published on that platform and will always comply with the applicable law or regulations.
The social media platform does not sponsor, endorse or administer our promotions in any way and is not associated with them.

6. Personal data

As data controller, our entity may perform the following activities:

  • Access publicly available information on user profiles.
  • Respond to user requests.
  • Send individual messages to users through the channels provided by the social media platform.
  • Post information related to our entity on user profiles.
  • Publish page status updates on user profiles.

Users may stop following our entity on social media at any time, manage their connections, remove content in which they are no longer interested and restrict who they share their connections with by accessing their privacy settings.

7. Your rights
