BEGIN RESTAURANTES S.L. provides this channel so that you can bring to our attention any criminal or administrative infringement, misconduct, breach of our code of ethics or internal rules, unlawful act, including offences such as fraud, theft, corruption or embezzlement, and any other event that directly or indirectly has a negative impact on our entity.
Our channel guarantees the confidentiality of the information reported, the personal data of the reporting person and the data of the persons reported or affected, in accordance with Spanish Law 2/2023 of 20 February on the Protection of Reporting Persons, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December.
Compliance with these requirements and the receipt and management of reports submitted through our Internal Reporting Channel have been outsourced to the independent consultancy Business Adapter®.
Before submitting a report, please remember that you must have reasonable grounds to believe, based on the information and circumstances available to you at the time, that the reported facts are true. Our entity will assess the plausibility of your report and may reject it if it does not comply with Spanish Law 2/2023 of 20 February.
